Fairfield Farms   Fairfield Farms is located within the city limits of Maryville, Tennessee. Ben Robertson bought the property four years after moving to Maryville to become manager of the Farmer's Co-op, a position he held for fourteen years. Brought up on a farm in Robertson County, Robertson earned a degree from Tennessee Tech and moved to East Tennessee to take the co-op job. "A Profitable Breed Chiangus" states Robertson because of the positive attributes which make them easy to work with and financially profitable.
